Baymont by Wyndham White Plains - Elmsford

We stayed here while visiting in Sleepy Hollow and it was very convenient. Location is good, staff polite and rooms clean. My niece enjoyed the indoor pool very much. Parking was also free and convenient.

This would have been a three star review, but the nice service and the morning waffles (with real maple syrup!) bumped it up to four stars. We arrived later in the evening for our stay, and the young man at the front desk handled things very nicely. Our room was located just as requested - quiet and away from things that would make noise. Clean room, everything working, everything nice and tidy. Hot water, and working room heat. The bed was a typical hotel bed, but the pillows were a riot! Of the half dozen or so pillows to choose from, only one was the standard hotel size bed pillow. The others were the size of Junior Mints! Really, even a six year old would have found them oddly small. Unfortunately the most comfortable pillows for us were among these miniature jokes. Oh, and the morning breakfast area coffee was horrendous, worse than the battery acid they serve at Starbucks. The other breakfast stuff (not counting the great waffles) was pretty much par for the course.

Currently my dad are switching duty in this room due to my mom being in the hospital and us living so far away. The staff have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t be more thankful! Rooms are also nice and clean, and the tub is very relaxing.

This review is to express a big thank you to Michael Scott, the General Manager at Baymont by Wyndham White Plains–Elmsford, for helping us reserve the hotel ballroom for my mother’s milestone birthday celebration. He was always responsive and so easy to work with, and there were no surprises along the way. The team pulled out all the tables and chairs we requested so we didn’t have to do any of the heavy lifting. They made the space easily accessible for our vendors to do their setup and even provided someone to assist with cleanup at the end of the night. We truly appreciate Michael’s help in making everything run smoothly and for his support in making her celebration so special!

Excelent staff, from the front desk until house keeping, friendly, professional. No noise in the room.very clean, pool, gym, aisle.a lot of parking spaces, security entry doors all way around.Smell like new. Wonderful experience.

Rooms were uptkept and the customer service was fantastic. Great breakfast in the morning and plenty of parking around the back. Definitely would stay here again.

Hotel and room are very clean. Modern. Bed is very comfortable, panty of pillows. Large tv. Very good wi-fi (up to 159mbs). Super. Breakfast is basic hotel buffet. Will come back to this place again.

Clean place, comfortable rooms and good location. I visited along with my daughter who is in a wheelchair. We went to the swimming pool and the lift chair wasn’t working. I have a very hard time to get my daughter in and out the pool. Also there were no towels in the pool area. As well, the pool is close the the guest during morning time, so disappointing.
